I’m officiating at my niece, Carly’s, wedding this evening. One of the things that Jesus had to say about marriage—and remember, marriage is God’s idea—was this: “Therefore, what God has joined together let man not separate.” Mark 10:9. It’s a huge relational commitment. That’s why it works best with the help of an Almighty God.
