When Christians are critical of the culture in which we live it’s helpful to remember that one of the most effective ways to change what we see in the culture is to be involved in creating culture. Christians should not withdraw from culture but should be involved in relevant, meaningful ways in fields such as television, film, journalism, literature, business, government, education, music, etc.
