What We Think About

“One of the most significant findings in psychology in the last 20 years is that individuals can choose the way they think.” – Psychologist & Author Martin Seligman.  What we think about is not totally determined by the circumstances of our lives.  We can choose what we think about.  “Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Phil. 4:8
