Here’s an observation after many years of counseling with folks: If people in a relationship are not willing to admit mistakes and apologize to each other it will be difficult for the relationship to make it. On the other hand, if both parties are willing to own up and admit fault and genuinely apologize to each other then love has a pretty good chance of thriving.
