Have you ever been surprised by God’s goodness and love and grace? King David—reflecting on God’s extraordinary goodness—said to Him, “Who am I?” In a way, David was saying, “Why are you so good to ME, Lord?” The longer we walk with God and the better we know Him, the more likely we are to have experienced a few moments of “surprise” at just how good He is.
