When we see someone who is obedient to God, we’re seeing someone who loves God. Genuine love for God reveals itself in compliance with the will of God. A person who says, “I love God” and then actually does what God says to do, is demonstrating that the words he has spoken represent the authentic condition of his heart. (Check out 1John5:3)
