Self Condemnation

It’s possible that there is no voice of condemnation that you hear as powerfully and as frequently as your own voice of condemnation. That has, occasionally, been my experience. That’s why this passage of scripture is so helpful and powerful for me: “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus…” Romans 8:1.

Free From Condemnation

How would you like to feel free from condemnation?  That reality is experienced in Christ.  Here’s what it says in Romans 8:1&2, “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.”

There Is No Condemnation For Those In Christ

Sometimes we feel guilty because we’ve done something wrong.  On the other hand, some of us are plagued by feelings of guilt even when we haven’t done anything wrong (at least, not recently).  In either case, the answer is still the same:  Turn to Christ.  “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus…” Romans 8:1.  Amen, to that truth!
