This blog contains comments and teaching regarding living the Christian faith and comments on the intersection of faith and many other aspects of life from pop culture to science. It also has some stories--hopefully they are amusing stories--from my life. ~Dan

Living With Jesus As Lord of Our Lives
When we accept Jesus, we are agreeing to His influence over
our total life. We’re saying to Christ,
“I want the reality of all the things I believe about you, Jesus, to be the
truth of how I now live. I want to live
with you as the Lord of my life.”

Jesus Is Lord
“So I want you to know that no one speaking by the Spirit of God will curse Jesus, and no one can say Jesus is Lord, except by the Holy Spirit.” 1 Cor. 12:3. If you say “Jesus is Lord” and you really mean it, that is a reflection of the Holy Spirit at work in you.
