There was a TV preacher who, in the late 1980's, was caught red-handed in a sex scandal. It was a big deal for him, obviously, and he made an emotional public confession of his sins. It was all pretty famous at the time.
Before any of this happened, I would be flipping through the channels and I would see him preach from time to time...
