TRYING HARDER to connect with God, often doesn’t work. Connecting with God sometimes happens better when we just simply go to a quiet place and be still and listen.

Psalm 46:10 Be still and know that I am God! One of my favorite verses...and one of the hardest to follow. Be still - sounds so easy and can be so difficult. But I keep trying!
Yeah, I agree, Mary. It's amazing how difficult it can be to "be still", isn't it? You'd think that would be easier than it is. I'm glad you're still trying. I am, too.
