The Wonderful Gift of Another New Day

When we wake up to another new day we are being given a gift from God.  Even if it’s a day in which we have to deal with difficulties, life is still important and valuable and each new day is worthy of joyful thanks.  “This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” Psalm 118:24

Hey, It's A Good Day!

It’s been pouring rain once again today and there’s a Lake Michigan sized body of water in my back yard where there’s supposed to be a regular lawn for Jasper to enjoy.  But you know what?  The sun is actually beginning to poke out around some clouds.  And it made me think of this verse: “This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” Ps.118:24.
