Sometimes I think, “How can a person make any kind of
significant impact for God in this world in which we live?” The answer that comes back to me is: Don’t worry about making an impact, that’s
not your concern. Do this: Cultivate a vital, genuine, relationship with
God that truly makes a difference in your own life. That will speak volumes.
This blog contains comments and teaching regarding living the Christian faith and comments on the intersection of faith and many other aspects of life from pop culture to science. It also has some stories--hopefully they are amusing stories--from my life. ~Dan

People Are Not A Waste of Time
People are not a waste of our time, they are actually a significant aspect of what our lives are all about. The truly enduring and worthwhile legacy of our lives has a lot to do with the mark that we make on people. “What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others.” –Pericles, approx. 431 B.C.
