Coming Alive In God's Kingdom

To be alive in God’s kingdom is to live in the reign and rule of God.  A subject of God’s kingdom recognizes that God is king.  A subject of God’s kingdom acknowledges that what God says to do is what His subjects do.  Jesus spoke a lot about the “Kingdom of God,” and He taught that coming alive in God’s kingdom is a significant aspect of what it means to live effectively; to live righteously; and to live abundantly. 

The Greatest Form of Wealth

What’s the greatest form of wealth that God could give us?  Answer: The greatest wealth we can have is to know Christ Jesus and to be alive in His kingdom.  All other wealth pales in comparison to this.  “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” –Jesus, Matt.6:33

Who Is Well Off?

Who is really well off or blessed?  Jesus’ answer to that question is:  Anyone who is alive in the Kingdom of God is well off or blessed.  If you are saved and have come alive spiritually—if you are trusting in Christ—you are alive in God’s kingdom.  And anyone who is alive in God’s kingdom is blessed.
