Extending God's Perfect, Unfailing Love

Here’s an interesting thought to ponder: Our love for others is not supposed to be the best that we’re capable of offering. We’re called to offer something much better than that. We are called to extend to others the perfect, unfailing love that God gives to us.  Jesus said: “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” John 13:34. 

Loving One Another With God's Love

Do we love others with the same love with which God loves us?  That seems like it would be a significant challenge, doesn’t it?  That’s the challenge of Jesus to you and I.  Jesus said this:  “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35.
