Honor those who serve as leaders -- Full message

 

In Christian leadership it works like this: God produces the results

 

It's helpful for leaders to recognize the limits of leadership

 

Creating a problem in order to get credit for fixing the problem

 

It's a good idea to reject hypocritical leaders

 

 

Have you been faithful with whatever God has already given you?

 

Maundy Thursday - Why was Jesus washing feet?

 

 

Be wary of manipulative leaders

 

When leaders are knowingly, intentionally deceptive…it’s a big deal.

 

Be wary of leaders who want to control other people’s lives

 

It's not about you...?

Let's not put our faith and trust in any particular preachers

If you think the rules don't apply to you... Watch out!

Some resistance in life is helpful, important and necessary

I hope an expression of love is typical

This is why many leaders wind up being unsatisfactory leaders

We're not very good at having relationships of accountability

Real leaders are probably not that common... based on Jesus' description of leadership
