Winners And Losers

Jesus spent a lot of time with people who would have been considered “losers” and He directed His harshest words at people who would have been considered the “winners” in His culture.  It makes you wonder, huh?  Perhaps some of the people we think of as big time winners might be losers and the ones we think of as losers might be winners, after all.  “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” –Jesus, Matt. 5:3.
